BedRock Siteworks is seeking a Heavy / Light Equipment Operator who is also willing to work hands-on with the crew in laboring roles as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lancaster, PA or Spring Hill, TN.

This is a team-oriented role. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes direction well, and is willing to step in wherever needed to ensure the job gets done right.
CDL Requirement:
A CDL is preferred but not required at hire. Candidates must be willing to obtain their CDL. BedRock is willing to assist the right candidate in earning their CDL.
