Level Site for New Home Build

This new level site has been excavated, leveled, and properly graded to create a solid starting point for the new home. With the site prepared and the foundation area ready to go, we’re excited to see this project continue to take shape!

Clearing the way for a new home! Excavation began by opening up the site, clearing the area, and adding fill dirt where needed to prepare the property for the next phase of construction.

This new home is nestled among the beautiful trees of the Tennessee woods, creating a unique and peaceful setting. Building in a wooded area also requires careful site preparation, including proper grading and drainage, to direct rainwater away from the home and help protect the property for years to come.

The area to the left of the photo is being built up where the home will be constructed, while the area to the right shows the carefully shaped slope. This stage of the project highlights why drainage needs to be considered early in the site preparation process. Proper grading and carefully measured elevations help create a consistent foundation area while directing water away from the home.
