This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Coatesville, PA. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing project requirements, reviewing blueprints, and gathering essential data. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed cost analyses, collaborating with project managers and contractors, ensuring accuracy of cost projections, obtaining material and labor pricing, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to address queries and provide updates on project estimates.
