This is a full-time Estimator position based on-site in Lancaster, PA. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing specifications, and determining project budgets. Daily tasks include analyzing blueprints, collaborating with other departments, sourcing material costs, and preparing detailed proposals. The Estimator will also develop and maintain vendor relationships to negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement of necessary resources.
