Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and understanding their specific project needs. Daily tasks include preparing sales presentations, generating quotes, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure project success. Additionally, you will regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify further opportunities to meet their requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, analyzing blueprints, and interpreting specifications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in vendor management and materials procurement, including cost analysis and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in construction or site preparation projects is preferred; knowledge of zoning and permitting is a plus.
