This project brought together several key components to create a well-prepared and functional site. The scope included excavation, construction of an economy level site for a new pole barn, a gravel driveway with an additional extension, and a new drainage system designed to improve long-term performance and protect the structure.
As excavation begins, the site is carefully prepared for the upcoming improvements, including a new gravel driveway, a concrete foundation, and a level building area for a new pole barn.As the project moves forward, brush is cleared from the backyard to make room for the new level site. At the same time, the driveway area is being prepared for additional stone later in the project. The site for the new foundation is carefully cleared and prepared. Once the required fill is placed, the area is compacted using a roller to create a stable, well-prepared base. The economy level site is complete and ready for pole barn construction. Proper grading and thorough compaction around the site help direct water away from the structure, supporting long-term stability. After the pole barn was constructed, we installed catch basins and a surrounding drainage system. Catch basins collect and manage surface water runoff, directing it into an underground piping system that safely channels water away from the structure. This system helps prevent water buildup around the pole barn and supports long-term site stability.New stone is added to the driveway as one of the final steps in the process, giving it a clean, refreshed appearance. This upgrade enhances curb appeal while improving durability and overall performance compared to the previous driveway.During construction, BedRock cleared the area and installed a gravel driveway extension to prepare the site for a new concrete pad addition off the home.
