Nestled within a beautiful Tennessee forest, this pole barn site required only minor excavation but careful grading and soil compaction to create a strong, stable foundation. As part of the project, a new drainage pipe was installed along the edge of the property to improve stormwater runoff from the roadway and surrounding drainage ditches, helping protect the site from future erosion.

Before construction began
Before construction began, the future pole barn site was already relatively level, requiring only minor grading to create a stable foundation for the new structure.
The original drainage pipe
The original drainage pipe was functioning, but erosion had formed around the outlet. As part of the upcoming improvements, we added additional stone to reinforce the area and help reduce future erosion.
