This project began with excavation to create space for a new concrete basement and home addition. We cleared and excavated the area, carefully preparing the site for the new foundation and the construction to come.
Excavation is continued
Excavation is continued for this unique home addition, which included both a new basement and main-level living space. Because the addition connected directly to the existing home, the excavation and site work required careful planning. We enjoy working closely with homeowners to find the right solution for their property and bring their vision to life.
Concrete block walls
Concrete block walls are in place! The blocks are carefully laid to form the walls of the new basement, then filled with concrete to create a solid, reinforced structure. This creates a durable structure designed to support the home above while helping withstand the pressure of the surrounding soil.
Construction above ground
Construction above ground has begun! We returned after the home construction was underway to add topsoil around the completed foundation, finalize the drainage solutions, and complete the remaining site work to prepare the property for the final stages of construction.
