This new home foundation showcases what BedRock Siteworks is all about! From extensive excavation and a concrete basement foundation to a custom drainage system and careful grading around the sloped property, every step was planned to support a strong, stable foundation and a home built to last.

The concrete foundation is beginning to take shape, with sections of the base now in place. As construction progresses, proper grading around the foundation will help direct surface water away from the home, protecting the foundation and helping prevent drainage issues down the road.
With the home built into
With the home built into a slope, more of the basement wall is exposed on one side, creating an impressive view of this massive concrete foundation! The varying ground elevations require a taller wall in certain areas, providing the structural support needed to create a strong, stable base for the home.
This drainage system
This drainage system directs water downhill and away from the home, helping protect the foundation, limit erosion, and prevent an oversaturated yard. BedRock customizes each drainage solution to fit the property’s layout and water management needs.
Stone was also added
Stone was also added inside the garage and along the connecting gravel driveway, creating a clean, consistent surface throughout. This project involved many steps from start to finish, making it a rewarding transformation to bring together!
