Retaining Wall with Steps
Timber retaining wall helps prepare a level site for the pole barn built by Stoltz Co. The wall holds back the hill and minimizes erosion around the building. Timber steps are built in for easy access to the upper level.
Drainage & Erosion Solution
A slight swale is graded in the front yard with box drains to catch the surface water and redirect it underground. The downspouts from the house are connected to the pipes and directed out to the wetlands at back of the property. Reseeding and straw mesh are applied to mitigate erosion.
