Residential Regrading for Storm Water

Storm water was a problem for this residential site even though it was not an old property. Regrading around the house and wooded area and the installation of a stone drainage area keeps the rain water away from the house and drains to areas where water can safely be absorbed.

After the regrading and drainage area are finished, seeding new grass takes place to restore the large lawn area.
