Site preparation required removing some trees and stumps and then grading the ground level on the forest slope. A 42 inch high L-shaped retaining wall allows room for the 15 x 24 foot gravel base foundation.

Site preparation included removal of old stand-alone building and the excavation for a new foundation for a large machine shed.
