Site preparation included removal of old stand-alone building and the excavation for a new foundation for a large machine shed. This signature gravel base foundation pad is built with 6 x 6 inch treated lumber for containment. The stainless steel corner brackets add strength and durability. A corner retaining wall allows the base to fit within a sloping area.

The Signature gravel base foundation pad includes the stainless steel corner reinforcements. This pad is tucked in to the corner of a back yard with minimal disturbing of surrounding area. A short retaining wall protects the stone base.

Graduated Concrete Slab

This site was excavated and leveled to prepare for the 32 foot by 35 foot graduated concrete slab. The slab has protection from frost and includes rebar for strength.
